Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product is dispatched. Requests should be made via phone or email and confirmed by the store. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed for canceled orders or returned items in their original, unused condition. Custom-made products or items altered to customer specifications are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Refund Process

Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are returned using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Customers are notified once the refund has been initiated.

Return of Items

Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for safely packaging items for return. Mindful Styling Services may refuse items that are damaged, worn, or used.

Exceptions

Products damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for refund. Promotional items may also have specific return restrictions communicated at the time of purchase.
